About admission
For group visitors, we offer group discounts and admission fee exemptions depending on the conditions.
When entering the park, please have everyone enter together, accompanied by a representative.
Please note that the "admission fee exemption" does not apply to those (students, faculty, staff, etc.) entering the park in groups.
Group discounts
*Sales are only available at Main Gate of East Garden
If you purchase admission tickets for 20 or more people at once, each person's ticket will be discounted by 20%.
For cashless payments, a transaction statement will be issued instead of a receipt.
Entrance fee exemption
When the following exempt facilities hold field trips for regular subjects under the supervision of staff, admission fees will be waived for students, faculty and staff, and in some cases, caregivers.
Please check the next section, "2. Information on materials for schools and groups," and then bring the "Enrollment Application Form" to the group reception desk on the day of enrollment.
(Advance reservations by fax, etc. are not required.)
