Precautions

For safe use

Please keep an eye on your children and make sure they do not get lost in the park. If your child gets lost, please call a nearby staff member.
If you are traveling with small children, please be careful not to fall off benches or strollers, or trip while walking.
Please keep an eye on your belongings to prevent them from being lost or stolen.
When using cameras, Kawakawa, tablets, or other devices within the park, please be considerate to avoid causing accidents such as collisions or falls with other visitors.
On days when high temperatures are expected, such as in the summer, please take note of the following points to prevent heatstroke:
1. Drink plenty of fluids and consume salt when you sweat.
2. Use a hat or shade to avoid the heat as much as possible.
The roads within the park are paved, but there are some steep slopes.
We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes.
There may be unevenness at the base of the tree.
Please watch your step when walking.

Please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers.
Please refrain from any actions that may affect the health of the animals.
Do not feed the animals.
Please be careful not to startle the animals when taking photos using flash.
Pets such as dogs and cats are not permitted in the park.
Assistance dogs (guide dogs, hearing dogs, service dogs) are allowed in the park.
Do not feed wild birds or animals such as crows or pigeons.
Smoking is prohibited inside the park.
Please take home any trash you bring, such as lunch containers.
For other garbage, please help us separate it.
Please refrain from live streaming or taking photographs that may cause inconvenience to other customers.
Please refrain from taking photographs of our staff without their consent.
When the zoo is crowded, we ask that you be considerate of others so that everyone can see the animals.
Please be especially considerate of small children and wheelchair users.

Precautions

Please note that some animals may not be available for viewing due to health management reasons.
Depending on the crowding situation, opening times may be earlier than usual.
To ensure safety in the event of a disaster, admission may be temporarily restricted or the park may be closed.
We will not be able to refund admission fees or compensate for travel expenses, etc. for any reason.
