It is located in East Garden.
Please use this service to search for lost children, distribute lost child tags, find lost items, and make announcements. Similar services are also available at the Bentenmon Gate and Ikenohata Gate in West Garden.

They are located at East Garden Gneral Information Center and West Garden Bentenmon Gate.
This facility is available for use if you fall, get injured, or feel unwell in the park.
Nurses will be available to assist you, but they may not be available. There is no doctor, so only first aid can be provided by nurses.
If a nurse is not available, we will prepare disinfectant, bandages, etc. so that you can treat the injury yourself, or we will introduce you to a nearby hospital.
In case of an emergency, call an ambulance.
In case of sudden illness, please contact a member of staff nearby.

It is located on the second floor of West Garden management office.
You can browse domestic and international books about animals, zoos, and aquariums.
Advance reservations are required, and direct access from within Ueno Zoo is not possible.
As most of the books are in closed stacks, please ask the library staff for the book you wish to reserve when making a reservation.
Please note that we do not offer rentals.

This electric bus connects East Garden and West Garden. Priority is given to those who have difficulty moving between East Garden and West Garden. Up to two wheelchairs can be accommodated.
