Please note that we may not be able to respond to all comments and requests we receive. Also, we may publish your comments and responses as examples on our website, in a way that does not identify individuals.

Defamation of specific third parties will not be accepted.

We cannot accept business promotions or sales activities.

We are unable to fulfill requests or inquiries regarding the provision of research materials or samples.

Ueno Zoo and Tama Zoo offer animal consultations to answer your questions about animals, including their ecology, care, and wildlife conservation.
