About admission

Admission fee

Admission is free for those who hold a Physical Disability Certificate, Love Certificate, Rehabilitation Certificate, or Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate, and their accompanying person (one person in principle). The disability certificate app "Mirairo ID" can also be used. No special request is required, so please present it at the entrance ticket gate before entering the park. Please note that presenting various recipient certificates does not qualify for free admission.

Admission fees for those 65 years of age and older are half the regular admission fee (individuals 300 yen, groups 240 yen, annual passport 1,200 yen). Please bring proof of age.
On opening days during Senior Citizens' Week (September 15th to September 21st), admission is free for people aged 60 and over and one accompanying person.

Wheelchair rental

Wheelchairs can be borrowed and returned at four locations within the park: East Garden "Main Gate," East Garden" Gneral Information Center," West Garden "Benten Gate," and West Garden "Ikenohata Gate." Wheelchairs are free of charge and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. (Number of wheelchairs: 24 for adults, 4 for children)
There are no areas that cannot be accessed or viewed by wheelchair users, but please be aware that there are some steep slopes within the park.

About stroller rentals

If your child has a Physical Disability Certificate, Love Certificate, Rehabilitation Certificate, or Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate, we will lend you a stroller free of charge. Strollers are available for children aged between 7 months and 4 years (up to about 18 kg).

First-aid Station

There are nurses at Gneral Information Center in East Garden and at Bentenmon Gate in West Garden. Nurses will be on hand to assist you, but they may not be there. There is no doctor on duty, so only first aid can be provided by nurses.
If a nurse is not available, we will have disinfectant and bandages on hand, so you can treat the injury yourself, or we will refer you to a nearby hospital. In an emergency, we will call an ambulance. In the case of sudden illness, please speak to a nearby staff member.
