Children's Zoo STEP 's programs for special needs schools and classes
This indoor program, using guinea pigs, is designed for students from preschool to high school age in special needs schools (classes), with the program tailored to each student's age and needs. Students will learn about guinea pigs' diets and droppings while observing them up close. Please let us know your preferences during the initial consultation.

Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis
Online reservations are tentative reservations. A representative will contact you by phone at a later date to arrange a pre-meeting date (in person or online).
After you call, a staff member will send you a confirmation email and your reservation will be confirmed.
Pre-meeting
Please be sure to have a 30-minute meeting, either in person or online, at least one week before the event date.
You can choose to attend Children's Zoo STEP in person or online. Online participation is limited to kindergartens and schools that have access to ZOOM (camera and microphone ON).
Details of the program, meeting place, luggage storage area, nearby toilets, distance from the planned entrance gate (time it takes for children to walk), site inspection, etc.
*If you have any special needs regarding instruction, such as animal allergies or the use of wheelchairs, please let us know in advance.

Reservations can only be made via the online reservation page.
Reservations cannot be made by phone, fax, or in person.
• The ▲ mark on the reservation calendar indicates days when reservations are still available up to capacity.
Due to the limitations of the reservation system, you cannot select a specific time. Please select 10:00 AM on your preferred date. We will ask about your preferred time during the preliminary consultation.
-One course per group, once per day.
・Please refrain from using the facility for multiple days by one group.
*It is possible if the class and grade are different.
・Please refrain from reserving multiple dates, such as extra days.
If you apply for multiple days, all reservations except the first one will be invalid.
