Following an incident involving a fallen tree in a Tokyo Metropolitan Park, traffic restrictions may be in place around trees. Please exercise caution when passing through the area.

In cases where animals such as Western Lowland Gorilla, Polar Bear, and various types of monkeys are allowed to move freely between indoor and outdoor areas, you may not be able to see them.
Opening hours may be changed or exhibits may be closed depending on the health of the visitors, weather conditions, etc.

Events that will be cancelled

Events may be canceled on days when a heatstroke warning is issued or on extremely hot days.
Please check the "Events Sign" near the park entrance for information on the events taking place on the day.
The Tokyo Zoo Volunteers' animal demonstration for August to mid-September 2026 will no longer be advertised on the website.
