A new form of fun, the "Shoebill Cart," has made its debut! (Updated 6/8: Trial operation will begin from 6/9)

Ueno Zoo As a new initiative to enhance the attractiveness of the Shoebill, we will begin operating the "Hashibiro Cart," a small electric cart featuring the motif.

The Shoebill Cart seats four people. It is scheduled to operate on a special course in West Garden.

Service schedule and usage instructions

Trial operations will begin on Tuesday, June 9, 2026. For detailed operating schedules and usage instructions, please see the Hashibiro Cart page.

Please note that a numbered ticket obtained through online application (first-come, first-served basis) is required to board. Reservations will be accepted from 12:30 PM on the day of operation.
