We are looking for advertisements in the park

Ueno Zoo is running an "Environmental Design Improvement Project" in which companies and other organizations are invited to post advertisements on animal information boards and other locations within the zoo, and the advertising fees are used to fund improvements to the zoo.

We are currently accepting advertisements for the animal explanation boards (5 locations in total) for Asian Elephant, birds of prey, Western Gorilla, Giant Panda, and Shoebill, as well as the environmental awareness board.

Recruitment overview

Advertisement candidates will be selected from among the applicants on a first-come, first-served basis. After that, advertising companies will be asked to submit their advertising designs, which will be reviewed by the Ueno Zoo Advertising Display Review Committee. If an advertisement is deemed inappropriate for display within the zoo, the design will need to be modified or improved.

The following types of advertisements are not permitted: advertisements for "amusement and entertainment businesses" as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Control and Improvement of Amusement and Entertainment Businesses, etc., and other similar businesses.
