You can observe Japanese Black Bear, which inhabits temperate regions, and Polar Bear, which inhabits the Arctic Circle, in a way that shows their progression from south to north. You'll notice that species that live in colder regions tend to be larger. In addition, a hibernation enclosure has been set up for Asian Black Bear Japanese black bears to display them in a way that is closer to their natural habitat.
