To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience at Inokashira Park Zoo, please review the "Important Notes" before your visit.
We'd like to share some information to help you comfortably enjoy Inokashira Park Zoo during the pleasant Golden Week holiday with its refreshing breezes.
We recommend using online tickets!
We anticipate a large number of visitors during Golden Week. To ensure a smooth entry, we recommend purchasing your online ticket in advance and presenting the QR code on Kawakawa upon arrival.
*Please note that online tickets purchased cannot be canceled (refunded) after 9:30 AM on the day of your visit.
Regarding visiting the park by bicycle
We have a bicycle parking area for visitors, but space is limited.
To help alleviate congestion, we kindly ask for your cooperation in using public transportation whenever possible.
We'll be open until 6 PM!
On May 2nd (Sat), 3rd (Sun/Holiday), 4th (Mon/Holiday), and 5th (Tue/Holiday), the park will extend its opening hours by one hour, staying open until 6 PM!

*Entry to the park and ticket sales are until 5 PM.

About free admission days
On May 4th (Monday, a national holiday), Greenery Day, admission is free for everyone!
Also, on Children's Day, May 5th (Tuesday, a national holiday), admission is free for junior high school students and younger!
*Junior high school students from outside Tokyo can also enter for free.
*Please bring your student ID card with you when you visit the park and present it upon entry.

Mango Tea / Brown Sugar Milk: ¥750 each (tax included)
*Enjoy the realistic Capybara marshmallows, supervised by animal keeper, by letting them "swim" in mango tea (upstream) and brown sugar milk (mid-to-lower reaches), which are designed to resemble the Amazon River.
Squirrel's Tail Donut
380 yen (tax included)
*Available exclusively at the food truck next to Hanako Cafe!
These mini twisted donuts are topped with sugar and walnuts, a favorite food of squirrels.

Flowers and plants that can be seen during Golden Week
Rhododendrons, which are at their best during Golden Week, are also blooming vibrantly at Inokashira Park Zoo!
Within the park, you can find rhododendrons that have been there since the park opened, as well as some that reach a height of about 4 meters, requiring you to look up.
