There is one nursing room located inside the zoo (main zoo) management office.

Please note that we may be crowded on weekends and holidays, so you may have to wait.

Please enter through the entrance (automatic doors) inside the park and speak to a member of staff.
Strollers are not allowed inside the building. There is a stroller parking area just before the entrance.
If you have company, please wait inside the park.

Children's toilets are located at Main Gate entrance of the zoo (main zoo), in the lawn area, Squirrel Trail squirrel path, in the swing area, in the aquarium at the Aquatic Life House park (branch zoo), and in the mountain hut.
