Inside the Zoo (Main Park) Management Office

Please enter through the entrance on the inside of the park (automatic doors) and speak to a staff member.

Strollers are not permitted inside the building. Please use the stroller parking area located before the entrance.

Only women are permitted to enter and use the room. Those accompanying women should wait inside the park.

Please speak to a staff member at the management office if you wish to use hot water or the microwave.

Please note that we may be crowded on weekends and holidays, so you may have to wait.

Diaper changing facilities are not available. Please use the diaper changing tables located in the restrooms within the park.

Zoo (Main Park) Museum, 1st Floor

We have installed one "mamaro" baby care room unit.

Diaper changing station

Diaper changing stations are available in all restrooms at the zoo (main zoo) except for the museum restroom.
Please note that diaper changing is not available in the nursing room. Please see the "Toilet Map" for more information.

Children's toilet

Children's toilets are located at Main Gate entrance of the zoo (main zoo), in the lawn area, Squirrel Trail squirrel path, in the swing area, in the aquarium at the Aquatic Life House park (branch zoo), and in the mountain hut.

Strollers are not available for rental.
