Admission is free for those who hold a Physical Disability Certificate, Love Certificate, Rehabilitation Certificate, or Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate, and their accompanying person (one person in principle).
You can also use the disability certificate app "Mirairo ID." No special request is required, so simply present it at the entrance gate to enter the park.
Please note that presenting any of the various recipient certificates will not entitle you to free admission.

Barrier-free toilets
Accessible toilets are available in all restrooms at the zoo (main zoo) except for the museum restroom.
Ostomate-friendly toilets are located at the toilets at Main Gate of the zoo (main zoo), Squirrel Trail, and at the Nanaimon Gate toilet in the aquatic park (branch zoo).

Wheelchairs can be borrowed and returned at the management office next to Main Gate of the zoo (main zoo) and at the Bentenmon and Nanaimon gates of the Aquatic Garden (branch zoo).
