Introducing the Supporter System

Inokashira Park Zoo is looking for "Zoo Supporters" to support the zoo.
The funds received from supporters will be used to improve the environment for the animals, such as by installing play equipment and purchasing food.

To register, please cover the following costs. We accept registrations from one unit.
Regardless of the number of registrations or type of supporter, the registration period is one year (from the date of registration to the end of the month of the following year).

Individual Supporters

adult

1 share 10,000 yen

Under university students

1 share: 5,000 yen

Children (junior high school students and younger)

500 yen per share

Corporate and organizational supporters

1 share 50,000 yen

※

Supporter funds are not eligible for income tax deductions.

※

You cannot change the details during the registration period.
Additionally, any funds paid will not be refunded for any reason.

For those who provided funding

1.

We will send you a Zoo Supporter Registration Certificate.

2.

You will receive an admission ticket to Inokashira Park Zoo.
For one individual: 2 admission tickets
For two or more individuals: One annual passport or four admission tickets (*However, junior high school students and younger will receive four admission tickets)
Corporations and groups: 5 admission tickets regardless of the number of units

3.

You will be invited to "Supporters Day," an event exclusively for supporters.

4.

We will send you the email newsletter "Zoo Express," which contains information about zoos and aquariums (subscription required).

5.

The names of those who register will be posted at Inokashira Park Zoo and on our website, "Tokyo Zoo Net." (Only those who wish to do so)

6.

You can receive a 10% discount at the gift and food shops of Tokyo Zoological Park Society located in Inokashira Park Zoo, Tama Zoo, Ueno Ueno Zoo, and Tokyo Sea Life Park. (This discount can also be used at non-registered zoos. However, some stores and products may not be eligible.)

Please present your registration certificate to receive supporter benefits.

"Child Supporters" receive no benefits other than receiving animal badges.

How to apply

Credit card payment

Please use this for new applications and renewal procedures.

Credit card payments cannot be used to apply for "Child Supporter."

Please be sure to check the "Input Examples and Notes on Input" before proceeding.

Please enter the information of the registered supporter in the "Customer Information" field.
If the name on the credit card is different from the registered supporter, such as when a family member pays the membership fee for a person under the age of 18, please write that fact in the message section.

If you would like to specify a support animal, please select it from the "Support Animal List" and fill it in.

If you wish to renew, please enter your supporter ID.

If you have pressed the application button by mistake or would like to cancel your application, please contact the Supporter Secretariat listed below.

The personal information provided when applying will be stored securely on a server managed by ROBOT PAYMENT Co., Ltd. and will be managed in a strict and appropriate manner.

Postal transfer

Request a registration application form by phone or email, fill in the necessary information, and complete the procedure at a post office or Japan Post Bank.

Bank transfers cannot be used to apply for "Child Supporter."
Please pay directly at the zoo.

If you visit the park

Applications are accepted at the management office located at Main Gate of Inokashira Park Zoo.
Please fill out the necessary information on the registration application form and pay the support funds.

If you are an individual supporter (university student or younger), you may be asked to present your student ID card.

※

Please note that due to administrative procedures, it may take approximately two weeks for your registration certificate to arrive.

※

The support funds we receive may be used for purposes other than supporting animals depending on exhibition plans, events, etc.
