Precautions

About admission

Pets are not allowed in the park. However, assistance dogs (guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs) are permitted.
Please refrain from bringing bicycles, tricycles, kick scooters, etc. into the premises.
To prevent the spread of infection, we ask that you disinfect your shoes and hands upon entering and leaving the facility.
We do not have coin lockers or stroller rentals available within the park.
Depending on the crowd situation, the park opening time may be earlier than usual.
In the event of a disaster or other emergency, we may temporarily restrict entry to the park or close it temporarily to ensure safety.

About animals

To protect the health of the animals, please do not bring objects into the exhibit area or feed them. Please also do not feed wild animals such as pigeons and crows.
Please refrain from using flash photography on animals.
Some exhibited animals may not be available for viewing due to health management reasons or other circumstances.
Collecting plants or animals within the park is prohibited. Please refrain from bringing in insect cages or nets.

Regarding the use of the park

To minimize any impact on animals, toys such as balls, rackets, frisbees, kites, balloons, and soap bubbles are not permitted.
Please refrain from using items that produce sound, such as radios or musical instruments.
Tents (pop-up/touch-up only) may only be used on the lawn area (main park). They cannot be used in any other areas.
Please refrain from live streaming or taking photos that may disturb other customers. Also, please do not leave equipment such as tripods in the same place for extended periods. The use of reflectors, lights, and strobes is prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the park.
