Shore Creatures

This large semi-outdoor aquarium is modeled after the reefs at the mouth of Tokyo Bay. You can see fish that live on the Kanto coast, such as scorpionfish, Spotnape Cardinalfish, and black spotted coral, which are known as edible fish and fishing fish. There is also a tide pool at the water's edge that recreates the ebb and flow of the tide, where you can see sea urchins and sea anemones that can be found on the coast.
