We conduct a variety of educational activities for general visitors, both regular and special occasions.

animal demonstration and feeding times
During animal demonstration, the guide staff will give detailed explanations about the featured creatures. During feeding time, you can observe the creatures eating while listening to the guides from the zookeepers and guide staff.
Ikimono Magica Commentary Program
We offer guided tours led by our staff twice a day. These are fun programs tailored to the exhibits in the three different areas.

On weekends and holidays, guided tour take you behind the tanks, an area normally off-limits to anyone other than staff, allowing you to explore the aquarium from the perspective of animal keeper.

Even just observing the diverse array of creatures is a delightful experience, but let's explore the mysteries of these creatures together with our guide staff.
Salt pool
In the "Tide Pool" section of the "Creatures of the Shore" exhibit, you can observe and even touch sea urchins, crabs, sea cucumbers, and other creatures found on the shore up close. During guided tours, staff will explain how to find and touch these creatures.
