first aid room

Please ask a member of staff if you would like to use the facility.
A nurse will provide first aid when present in the room, but if it is determined that further medical treatment by a doctor is necessary, please visit a nearby medical institution.

Calm Down Space

A "Calm Down Space" is located next to the escalator on the second floor of the main building for those with sensory sensitivities or those who need a temporary break from the stimuli in the building.
It can be used to calm your mind when you feel anxious or stressed by stimuli such as sound or light.

Sensory Goods

To enable visitors with sensory sensitivities to view the exhibits with peace of mind, we offer sensory aids such as earmuffs to reduce sound stimulation and oil timers that have a calming effect.
Sensory items can be borrowed and returned at the Information Counter (Main Building, 2nd floor).
Rental is free and on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that we do not accept reservations.
This service is available only within the main building.
