Precautions
If you have a passport (and one accompanying person), you do not need to purchase an admission ticket; instead, proceed to the ticket gate beyond the ticket machine, present your passport, and enter the park.

However, please note that if the ticket type (general, 65 years old and over, junior high school student, etc.) cannot be identified due to significant damage or dirt, it cannot be used.

Online tickets
This is a date-specific admission ticket purchased online via the internet. You can enter by displaying the QR code on Kawakawa screen and presenting it at the entrance of each park. Payment methods include credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/JCB) and deferred payment (Paidy).

The "Annual Pass" is a free pass valid for one year. There are four types: Ueno Zoo, Tama Zoo, Tokyo Sea Life Park, and Inokashira Park Zoo (purchase at each facility).

: 2,800 yen 65 years and older: 1,400 yen

Additionally, groups of 20 or more receive a 20% discount on admission.
Valid only to the person in question
Please write your name. It cannot be transferred or lent to others.
Please attach a photo of your face
When you enter the park, we will verify your identity with a photo of your face. The photo size is 2.5cm high x 2cm wide.
Reissue and refunds are not possible.
Please note that if you forget, you will need to purchase an admission ticket.
Valid for one year from the date of purchase
If the last day falls on a closed day, you can use the pass until the previous open day.
Please note that even if the park is closed on the originally scheduled opening date, the expiration date will not be extended or refunds will not be given.
Renewal purchases are not available during the expiration date of your Annual Pass. Please purchase again from the day after the expiration date.
Tickets can be purchased at the ticket offices of each park (sales end at 4:00 PM)
Annual passes for Tokyo Sea Life Park are not sold anywhere other than Tokyo Sea Life Park.
If you are using the Ferris wheel in Kasai Rinkai Park, you can receive a 10% discount on the Ferris wheel fee by presenting your annual passport.
Those over 70 years old are not eligible for discounts as there is a silver rate for the Ferris wheel.
