From October 10th to December 6th, we will be holding the Autumn Stamp Rally "The Mysteries of Evolution, Part 2".
event
October 3, 2026
Inokashira Park Zoo will be holding its autumn stamp rally, "The Mysteries of Evolution, Continued," for the first time in 10 years.
Living things on Earth have evolved into countless forms over an incredibly long period of time. This evolutionary path resembles the branches of a tree, hence it is called the "tree of evolution."
This stamp rally, which was held in 2016, is back with new information about evolution that has been discovered since then. Solve quizzes as you explore the park's creatures and plants and complete the evolutionary tree.

Living things have evolved over long periods of time since ancient times. Millions of species are said to inhabit the Earth. However, in the last 200 years, the increase in the human population has drastically altered the Earth's environment, putting many species at risk of extinction. Let's consider what we can do to protect these creatures.
What we can do to protect ourselves and living creatures
Let's go out into nature and visit zoos and aquariums to meet animals.
(Zoos and aquariums protect animals whose populations have declined by increasing their numbers.)
Let's eat seasonal foods that are kind to the environment.
Choose environmentally friendly products.
(The quiz rally sheet is also made from recycled paper.)
Let's participate in activities to protect wildlife.
(You can meet people who are working to protect it.) "Island Creatures Expo" Let's go check it out (held on October 17th and 18th)
Let's share what we've learned with everyone.
