Inokashira Park Zoo opened on May 17, 1942, and this year marks its 84th anniversary. Anniversary events will be held on Saturday, May 16th and Sunday, May 17th. While Saturday, May 16th is a regular opening day, admission is free for everyone on Sunday, May 17th, the anniversary of the park's opening.

Park tour event: "Tracing the History of the Cultural Park: A Tour of the Cultural Park!"
We will install explanatory panels throughout the park that allow visitors to learn about the history of the cultural park.
By visiting 14 panels throughout the park and collecting the letters, you can complete a certain word.
Enjoy the park in early summer by searching for characters and imagining what the cultural park was like in the past.
