Notice of repair work on outdoor porcupine and Meerkat exhibits

Updated February 24, 2026:
The exhibition will resume as usual from Thursday, February 26th.

Inokashira Park Zoo will be carrying out repair work on the enclosures in the outdoor exhibits for crested porcupines and Meerkat. During this period, the crested porcupines will not be on public display, and Meerkat will be moved to an indoor exhibit.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our visitors, and we appreciate your understanding.

Construction period: From February 10, 2026 (Tuesday) ~~For the time being~~Wednesday, February 25th
