We accept new registrations and registration renewals at any time.

7. Delivery date of the product

After your application is received and the registration procedures are completed by the Zoo Supporter Office, your Zoo Supporter registration certificate and benefits will be mailed to you.

8. Returns and Cancellations

Once your application has been accepted by the secretariat, we will not be able to refund, cancel or change your donation.
If you accidentally pressed the application button or wish to cancel your application, please contact the Zoo Supporter Office immediately.
