Summer opening hours extended by 3 hours: "Enjoy the cool evening air at the aquarium"

Tokyo Sea Life Park will extend its opening hours by three hours for four days, from August 8th (Saturday) to August 11th (Tuesday, public holiday), and will be holding various events that can be enjoyed by both children and adults. Enjoy the aquarium, where you can feel the sea and sky, during the summer evening.

We will be hosting a Japanese taiko drum performance featuring groups based in Edogawa Ward. Let's enjoy the sounds of Bon Taiko drums, unique to this time of year, and dance the Bon Odori together while feeling the sea breeze.

The exhibition features specimens and videos of marine life, all themed around a "summer festival." During the event, the lights will be dimmed after 5 PM, transforming the space into a special evening relaxation area.

Kamishibai (picture-story shows) have long been a popular attraction for children at summer festivals and fairs.
In "Cooling Off at the Aquarium in the Evening," we will present a fun picture story show about marine life, presented by "Tokyo Sea Life Volunteers (TSV)."
