Cool Zoo Spot

At Tokyo Sea Life Park, in order to help you spend the hot summer months more comfortably and to help prevent heatstroke, we are introducing cool spots within the aquarium as "Cool Zoo Spots"!
Forget the heat and enjoy Tokyo Sea Life Park while cooling off with summer-themed menus and goods.
Please take sufficient precautions against heatstroke when visiting the park, such as frequently replenishing fluids and electrolytes, and taking breaks in cool places from time to time.

① Cool down with mist

We have installed mist fans outdoors.
Let's take measures to cope with the heat while staying cool.

② The coolness of the animals

Penguins taking a bath
The penguins in the outdoor enclosure cool off by swimming in the pool or getting splashed with water from the sprinklers.

Recreating a cool environment
Penguins, which live in cool environments, spend the summer in an air-conditioned room in the back area. You can see what's happening in the air-conditioned room live on a monitor in the "Penguin Ecology" area!
