"Quiet Hour" trial event will be held on March 3rd

At Tokyo Sea Life Park, we will be conducting a trial "Quiet Hour" on the following dates and times as an initiative to ensure that visitors with sensory sensitivities can enjoy their time with peace of mind.

Things to consider at the aquarium

No background music (BGM) will be played inside the building.
Stop using any machinery or turn it down to a low volume.
We will not broadcast anything other than emergencies.
We will provide a calm-down space.
We offer rental of sensory devices such as earmuffs (limited number available).
Please see below for information on calm-down spaces and sensory products.

Lost child announcements and emergency broadcasts will be made at any time.
In the "Bioluminescent Creatures" section, an audio alert will play to warn visitors about the darkness underfoot.

Quiet hour is a period of quiet time designated in facilities to allow people with sensory sensitivities to relax, with stimuli such as sound and light being minimized as much as possible.
