Admission is free for those who hold a Physical Disability Certificate, Love Certificate, Rehabilitation Certificate, or Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate, and their accompanying person (one person in principle).
The disability certificate app "Mirairo ID" can also be used.

Ostomate-friendly restrooms are available in six locations: Main Gate, inside Watching Center, Sakura Picnic Area, inside African Zone free rest area, next to the African Shop, and next to Animal Cenotaph.

This is a free bus that operates within Asian Zone. It stops in front of Siberian Crane House, Greater One-horned Rhinoceros House, the Orangutan House, Animal Cenotaph, the Asian Plains, and Siberian Crane House.
