Refunds for admission fees and Lion Bus fares due to the temporary closure of Tama Zoo on Sunday, December 28th

Due to the temporary closure of Tama Zoo due to the escape Common Wolf (first and second reports) that occurred on Sunday, December 28, 2025, we will be refunding admission fees and Lion Bus fares to customers who used the park on that day as follows.

Admission fee

Customers who purchased online tickets

The refund will be processed automatically by ASOVIEW Inc., the operator of the online ticket service. Please check the email address you registered at the time of purchase.

Customers who purchased paper tickets on the day

1. When purchasing with cash or electronic money (Suica or other compatible transportation IC cards)
Please bring your ticket for the day to the staffed counter at Main Gate gate of Tama Zoo.

2. Purchasing with a credit card
Refunds will be processed automatically by each card payment company. Please be sure to check your card statement accordingly.

3. Purchases made using QR code payment
Please bring your ticket for the day and your QR payment receipt to the staff at the Main Gate gate of Tama Zoo.

Lion Bus fare

Unused Lion Bus tickets will be refunded as follows:

Refund deadline

We regret to inform you that refund procedures for both admission fees and Lion Bus fares will be completed by Saturday, February 28, 2026.
