Report on the Implementation Status of the "Global Environmental Conservation Action Strategy" for FY2025 and Revision of the Action Plan

Tokyo Zoological Park Society As part of its efforts to protect the global environment at the Tokyo Metropolitan Zoos and Aquariums (Ueno Zoo, Tama Zoo, Tokyo Sea Life Park, Inokashira Park Zoo), the organization is promoting the “Global Environmental Conservation Action Strategy” (formulated in December 2022).

We are pleased to announce that we have compiled a report on the implementation status for fiscal year 2025 and revised our action plan for fiscal years 2025-2027.

Implementation status for fiscal year 2025

This report summarizes the implementation status for fiscal year 2025, based on the three-year action plan for fiscal years 2025-2027. Please refer to the "Overview" section for an overview and the "Main Report" for details.

Revision of the Action Plan for FY2025-2027

Tokyo Zoological Park Society began managing Oshima Park Zoo in April 2026. Accordingly, Oshima Park Zoo has been added to the 2025-2027 action plan, and the five Tokyo Metropolitan Zoos and Aquariums will now promote initiatives toward global environmental conservation.
