In May of this year, the Waterside Nature area sadly closed its doors after a long history.
We will introduce the large-scale creature recovery that was carried out by our staff with great effort.

Ueno Zoo brings you a report from staff who visited the China Giant Panda Conservation and Research Center in March.
How is "Shanshan" doing when we meet her again after about a year?
In addition, we introduce the results of a long-term banding survey of Daito Scops Owls conducted by Akira Sawada of Waseda University, and a behind-the-scenes look at the successful tusk removal of African Bush Elephant at Tama Zoo.
