Credit card payment
Please use this to apply for new membership or renewal of Tokyo Friends of the Zoo. If you are already a member, please check the details of the "Renewal Information" that will be sent to you before the membership due date and then proceed with the renewal procedure.

However, if the name on the credit card differs from the person signing up, such as when a family member pays the membership fee for a person under the age of 18, please note this in the message section.

Regarding renewal, we will send you a "Renewal Notice" approximately three months before the membership fee deadline.

Delivery period (membership period)
For new members, your membership card will be mailed to you once your application has been submitted and the registration process has been completed at the Friends of the Association Secretariat.
The membership period for general members is one year from the month of application, and the membership period will end at the end of either March, June, September, or December depending on the month of application.
You will receive four magazine issues: April, July, October, and January.

Returns and cancellations
As a general rule, we do not offer refunds for membership fees once they have been paid.
If you have pressed the application button by mistake or would like to cancel your application, please contact the Friends of the Association Secretariat immediately.
If the magazine you received is damaged or soiled, or if there is an error in the delivery, please contact the Friends of the Association Secretariat.
We accept returns and exchanges. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
