Animals and Zoos
Spring 2018 issue (No.710)
This book features a report on the breeding Giant Panda at Ueno Zoo, from the birth of "Xiang Xiang" to their public release.
At director roundtable discussion, the four director from Ueno, Tama, Kasai, and Inokashira shared their thoughts on the theme of "conservation."
In addition, we will introduce conservation efforts for the Land Snail, an endemic species of Ogasawara, and Ueno Zoo 's new facility, "Children's Zoo STEP."
