Tokyo Friends of the Zoo

Animals and Zoos
Spring 2010 issue (No.678)

We will introduce the initiatives being undertaken at zoos, such as the first breeding Eastern Black Rhinoceros at Ueno Zoo and the year-round glow worm luminescence at Tama Zoo. We will also introduce animals and zoos from various angles, including the results of research conducted at zoos in collaboration with researchers, and the outbreak of Nomura's jellyfish!
