We are recruiting members for the Tokyo Zoo Volunteers (TZV), who will provide information about the animals and give tours of the zoo to visitors. There are two groups of zoo volunteers with different activities (Service Guide Group and Docent Group), and this time we are recruiting for the Service Guide Group.
*Recruitment for this year's docent group has ended.
What is a Service Guide Group (SG)?
The service guide's activities primarily focus on customer service for visitors, including assisting with zoo events and providing facility information.
*This activity does not involve supporting animal care work.
*This is an unpaid activity. Transportation expenses and other allowances will not be provided.

Eligibility
(1) People who enjoy interacting with animals and people
(2) Those who can continue to participate in group activities and collective activities.
(3) Persons aged 18 or older (as of April 1, 2027)
(4) Those who can participate in activities on a designated day of the week (activity day).
(5) Someone who can be contacted by email

*You will become a full member after participating in training sessions and activities held between January and March 2027, and receiving certification in late March.
