Hiring people with disabilities

Tokyo Zoological Park Society is promoting the employment of people with disabilities, aiming to become an organization that is full of diversity and inclusion in order to realize a society of coexistence. We are working to create a workplace where everyone can take on challenges in their own way, regardless of whether they have a disability or not.

At our association, employees with a variety of disabilities are challenged to take on tasks that suit their individual abilities.
