Lili's current situation

There have been no major changes in RiRi's health.

Since November 28, 2023, we have continued regular blood pressure monitoring and medication, and have been working to improve hypertension by adjusting the dosage of medication. The area where the fur was shaved during the examination on April 22, 2024, is now almost invisible to the naked eye.

Due to the continued high temperatures, we are mainly keeping them indoors in an air-conditioned environment. There are no particular abnormalities in their feeding or behavior, and they are in good condition.

We primarily feed them bamboo such as Moso bamboo, Shino bamboo, and Madake bamboo, and supplement their diet with panda dumplings, carrots, and apples as needed.

As of August 15, 2024, Leelee's weight was measured at 135.0 kg.

Shinshin's current situation

Since July 28th, we have noticed a cloudy white area in Shinshin's right eye. We suspect it may be a cataract, but currently, there are no behavioral abnormalities that seem to be caused by it. We will carefully assess her condition and consider treatment options.

Furthermore, since September 20, 2023, we have continued to monitor my blood pressure regularly and administer medication, while also continuing efforts to improve my hypertension, such as adjusting the dosage of my medication.

Due to the continued high temperatures, the animal is mainly spending time indoors in an air-conditioned, non-public area. There are no particular abnormalities in its feeding or behavior, and it is in good condition.

As of August 15, 2024, Shinshin's weight was measured at 124.2 kg.

Xiao Xiao's latest news

Xiaoxiao's health is good.

Due to the continued high temperatures, we are mainly keeping them indoors in an air-conditioned environment. There are no particular abnormalities in their feeding or behavior, and they are in good condition.

They are fed mainly bamboo such as moso bamboo, shinotake bamboo, and Madake bamboo, with side dishes such as panda dumplings, carrots, and apples given as needed.

Xiao Xiao has been undergoing Eurasian Moorhen training (*) since July 16, 2023. Through repeated training, it will become possible to safely manage the panda's health by touching its body with minimal stress. Currently, the training is mainly focused on blood sampling.

The green markings on its back are still faintly visible, but they are gradually fading.
