At Ueno Zoo, as Giant Panda "Xiang Xiang" grows, We will be changing the location of Giant Panda exhibit starting Monday, May 13, 2019. Therefore, I am informing you.
Target animals Giant Panda Ri Ri (male) was born on August 16, 2005, at the Wolong Conservation Center in China. Shinshin (female) was born on July 3, 2005, at the Wolong Conservation Center in China. Xiang Xiang (female) was born on June 12, 2017 Ueno Zoological Gardens
East Garden-Giant Panda Enclosure

Changes Shin Shin and Xiang Xiang will take turns using outdoor enclosure A (Morning: Xiang Xiang, Afternoon: Shin Shin). Please note that while Xiang Xiang is in outdoor enclosure A, Shin Shin will use the non-public outdoor enclosures C and E2. Therefore, you may not be able to see Shin Shin at certain times.

Giant Panda placement
Current situation Xiang Xiang was separated from her mother, Shin Shin, in December 2018 and is now exhibited alone in outdoor enclosure D and indoor room No. 5. In April of this year, my weight exceeded 50kg, indicating that I've grown physically, and my activities have become more diverse, leading to an increase in physical activity.
