The viewing method for Giant Panda "Xiao Xiao" will be changed from

Opening time
10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
・Entry to the viewing area for Xiaoxiao usually closes at 3:30 PM. Depending on the crowd situation on the day, entry may close earlier than the usual closing time.
The queue for viewing Lei Lei usually closes at 3:30 PM. Depending on the crowd situation on the day, it may close earlier than the usual time.
Depending on the animals and preparation status, the viewing may begin earlier than 10:00 AM.

How to view
Xiao XiaoBoth the indoor and outdoor areas are open to the public. Please enter through the entrance on the children's zoo side.
*Depending on the crowd situation, you may be asked to queue.
Ray RayPlease line up according to the arrows in the diagram below and then proceed with your viewing.
Please line up for viewing from the entrance on West Garden rest area side.
- You cannot join the line midway (please line up with everyone in your group). If you need to leave the line to use the restroom or for other reasons, please be considerate and inform the people in front of and behind you.
The viewing area will be divided into several sections. (Approximately 20 people per section)
You will be asked to move to the next area in about one minute, so please follow the instructions of the staff.
・If you are queuing outside "Panda Forest," please follow the instructions and guidance of the staff at the site.
*Viewing lines may change depending on crowd conditions. Viewing methods may also change without notice.
Precautions
1. To prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all visitors, please refrain from running in the park and arrive calmly.
2. Giant Panda may be in areas of the enclosure that are not visible, or the exhibit may be suddenly closed for health management reasons, meaning you may not be able to see them even during visiting hours.
3. Photography is permitted, but the use of flash (including auxiliary light) is prohibited. Please observe this rule to avoid startling the animals. Also, please refrain from staying in the same spot for extended periods to take photos, and be considerate of others while viewing the animals.
4. Please refrain from making loud noises or voices in the viewing area so as not to startle the animals.
5. Please follow the guidance and instructions of the staff while viewing the exhibits. We ask that you refrain from any behavior that may disturb other visitors.
