At Ueno Zoo, in order to make your summer visit a little more comfortable and to help prevent heatstroke, we are introducing cool spots within the zoo as "Cool Zoo Spots."​

We've installed misting systems throughout the park and prepared special summer menus to welcome you. Take a break from the heat and enjoy the summer at the zoo to the fullest!

When visiting the park, please take sufficient precautions against heatstroke by frequently replenishing fluids and electrolytes, and taking breaks in cool places from time to time.
