Born at Tama Zoo in 2005.

Born in 2009 at the Shaanxi Provincial Center for Emergency Rescue and Rearing Research of Rare Wild Animals, China.

Release date
Starting Thursday, March 2, 2017, Golden Takin will be on public display in their enclosure every day from 2:30 PM.
Please note that the exhibition may be canceled in case of rain or severe weather.

Animal care at Tama Zoo
8 foals (3 males, 5 females) *This includes "Fuku," who was born this time.
In Japan as a whole, a total of 15 zoos (7 males and 8 females) are kept at three facilities, including Tama Zoo.
