At our zoo, we are working in cooperation with other zoos and aquariums to promote the breeding of Cheetah, which are endangered animals.
This time, in accordance with Cheetah Breeding Plan of the Biodiversity Committee Japanese Association of Zoos and Aquariums Association of Zoos and Aquariums, we will be implementing two transfers through breeding loans (*) with the aim of forming new pairs and promoting breeding.

※About breeding loans
A contract to lease an animal for the purpose of breeding.
The aim is to encourage the formation of new pairs and contribute to breeding by moving individuals between zoos.

Current status of animal care at our zoo (as of October 4, 2018)
15 individuals (8 males, 7 females) *This includes the 2 individuals being moved this time.

Domestic breeding situation (as of December 31, 2017)
13 zoos/aquariums, 95 animals (50 males, 45 females)

 Nadeshiko, which will be unavailable for viewing due to its planned relocation in October. However, due to procedural reasons, the trip has been postponed. The exhibition will reopen on Friday, October 5th. I will do it.
