Since Thursday, April 3rd, we have been practicing letting Kayoran and Sui live together in the exercise area. There have been no problems due to fighting, and they have been seen sniffing each other's genitals and playing together. Therefore, we will now make "cohabitation" the regular exhibit.
Hours: From 9:30 AM until closing time* Animals will be allowed to move freely between the indoor area and the large enclosure. However, the indoor area will not be open to the public.

April 2, 2025: Practice sessions for Kayoran and Sui to be kept together in the same enclosure will begin on April 3rd.Kayoran's release training after quarantine is progressing smoothly. Therefore, we will begin training her to be released into the large enclosure with Sui starting Thursday, April 3, 2025.
March 12, 2025: Release training for Kayolan begins on March 13.Now that the quarantine period is over, we will begin release training on Thursday, March 13, 2025.
February 11, 2025: Kayoran's current situationKayoran, who arrived at the zoo on January 30th, is now eating well at Tama Zoo and can be seen relaxing and resting. She is recovering from the fatigue of her long journey and gradually getting used to her new environment.
We are pleased to announce that a male gray wolf (subspecies: Common Wolf) has arrived at Common Wolf Zoological Tama Zoo.
Our zoo is working on breeding Common Wolf (subspecies: Common Wolf). We currently have a female named "Sui," and a male has arrived at the zoo in order to form a new pair with Sui and aim for breeding.
