Location: Inside the glass dome on the 3rd floor of the main building
Distribution limit: 5,000 copies per day (first-come, first-served)

Observation sheets for "auspicious creatures" are being distributed.

We'll be distributing "Auspicious Creatures" observation sheets! Take the sheet and observe the creatures in the park. You're sure to make lots of discoveries. Finish the sheet and receive an original design souvenir!

Date and time: Friday, January 2nd, 2026 to Sunday, January 4th, 2026, 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day
place Distribution location: Main building, 2nd floor, under the escalator
Finish line: In front of the gift shop on the 2nd floor of the main building
*Goal registration starts at 10:00 AM, and distribution ends at 4:00 PM.
Number of distributions Limited to the first 2,000 copies each day.

From Edogawa Ward! Performance by "Kotobuki-ryu Edogawa Taiko"

Why not enjoy a taiko drum performance while basking in the pleasant sea breeze of the New Year? We will deliver the finest taiko drumming sounds from taiko drummers based in Edogawa Ward.

In addition to the performance, you can also experience playing the taiko drums.

New Year's Kasarin Rakugo Performance

The aquarium staff will share their recommended observation points and various stories about their work, all with a New Year's theme. Who will be there is a surprise! Please feel free to join us.

First session: 11:30 AM - 11:45 AM (Entry at 11:20 AM)
Second session: 3:00 PM - 3:15 PM (Entry at 2:50 PM)
Reception is located on the 2nd floor of the main building, in front of the lecture room.
Approximately 80 people per session (first-come, first-served basis)
