On Saturday, October 5, 2013, Luna, Capybara at Ueno Zoo, gave birth to two babies. This is the first time Capybara have been born at Ueno Zoo since March 2008.

This was Luna's first birth, but she's calmly taking care of her puppy. We've also confirmed that she's breastfeeding. On the morning of October 8th, we let her sunbathe before the park opened.
