• From December 27, 2025 (Saturday) onwards, due to quarantine measures, only indoor exhibits will be available.
• Starting December 16, 2025 (Tuesday), free viewing of Xiaoxiao will be discontinued. Instead, viewing areas for both Xiaoxiao and Leilei will be divided into multiple sections, and visitors will be guided by staff to move between them every minute or so.
• From Wednesday, January 14th to Sunday, January 25th, 2026, only those who have been selected by lottery through prior online application will be able to view the event.

• Location: West Garden" Panda Forest" (indoor exhibit only)
• Hours: 10:15 AM - 3:45 PM (excluding days the park is closed)
• The viewing times may change or the viewing may be canceled depending on the animals' condition.

• On the day of your visit, please ensure that the "representative" (*) is present when you inform the reception staff. If the representative is absent, you will be denied entry.
* "Representative" refers to the "reservation holder" and "purchaser" on the viewing lottery website.
• Number of people allowed per application: A maximum of 2 adults (junior high school age and older) and 3 children (elementary school age and younger) per application. Registration is required for children (elementary school age and younger). Applications from children (elementary school age and younger) only are not accepted.
• Number of winners: Maximum 4,400 people each day

Information for the day

• Winners will be notified of a QR code. For each final viewing time slot, you will be guided in the order in which you scan the QR code at the venue. However, for the final time slot on January 25th (Sunday), you will be guided in the order of the numbers notified to you upon winning.

About online applications

• When applying, please refrain from applying from multiple accounts, as this will inconvenience other applicants and visitors.
• The transfer or resale of QR codes, and the act of recruiting companions for viewing and selling viewing rights for profit are strictly prohibited. If discovered, you will be denied entry.

Regarding registration for viewing on the day of the event

• In addition to the QR code indicating your win, a park admission ticket for the day is required to view Xiaoxiao and Leilei. Please purchase an admission ticket unless you have an annual pass or purchased an online ticket. Also, please allow ample time for your visit.
• Please come to the entrance reception of "Panda Forest "West Garden by the viewing start time indicated on the QR code. Depending on the crowd situation, you may have to wait before viewing.
• On the day of your visit, please ensure that the "representative" (*) is present when you inform the reception staff. If the representative is absent, you will be denied entry.
* "Representative" refers to the "reservationer" and "purchaser" on the viewing reservation website.

Regarding viewing

• Even within the exhibition area, Xiaoxiao and Leilei may be in areas that are not visible, or the exhibition may be suddenly closed for health reasons, meaning you may not be able to see them even during the designated viewing hours. We will not provide any alternative viewing times or any other compensation in such cases.
• From Saturday, December 27, 2025 to Sunday, January 25, 2026, there will be a quarantine period for the items to be transported to China. During this period, the exhibition will be held indoors only, and viewing may be temporarily suspended due to inspections or other reasons.

Requests for viewers

① Please observe the following points for the sake of Xiaoxiao and Leilei.

• Please refrain from making excessively loud noises or voices in the viewing area so as not to startle the animals.
• Flash photography is prohibited. Please turn off the flash or light on your camera, mobile phone, or other device beforehand.

② To prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all visitors, please keep the following points in mind.

• Running in the park is extremely dangerous, so please refrain from doing so.
• Please keep photography to a minimum and be considerate of others while viewing the exhibits.
• When viewing the exhibits, please move to a designated area after approximately one minute. Please follow the instructions of the staff and refrain from any behavior that may disturb other visitors.
