◆Regarding application

Can anyone apply?
Children under elementary school age cannot apply as the representative. Please ensure they are accompanied by a guardian. Membership registration, which is required for application, requires an electronic device such as Kawakawa capable of email verification.

About Asoview! Two-Step Verification
Is there a limit to the number of times I can apply?
During the application period, you can only apply for one viewing time slot per eligible period.
What is the maximum number of people I can register with a single application?
Up to two people, including the applicant representative, can apply at one time.
You can register up to 3 additional children under elementary school age, for a total of 5 people (you must register the number of all children).

Can people with disabilities attend the event?

◆Checking lottery results and admission

How can I check the lottery results? Will I receive an email notification?
After the announcement date and time, the Asoview! system will sequentially notify you of the lottery results via the email address you registered. Please note that it may take some time to receive a notification.

If you do not receive an email with the lottery results, Asoview! Emails are not being received. Please check.

Asoview! Emails are not being received. If you still cannot find the email after checking the link provided, please check under "Reservation Management (Outings)" on your My Page. We are unable to resend the lottery result email.
When entering the park, do I just need to show the QR ticket I won for admission?
You do not need to show your winning QR ticket at the entrance gate. Please show it at the viewing reception desk at the entrance Panda Forest West Garden.

An admission ticket is required to enter the park. Please purchase an admission ticket separately and present it upon entry.

What time and where should I go on the day of the viewing?

You cannot view the pandas at times other than the time slot you were selected for.
Can I still attend if the representative is unable to go?
If the representative is not present, you will not be allowed to view the event, regardless of the reason. Furthermore, we cannot accept changes or cancellations regarding the application time, number of attendees, etc.

Please note that when you present your QR ticket, we will verify the identity of the representative (using a driver's license, health insurance card, passport, student ID, etc.).
Can I display my viewing QR ticket on a different device than the one I used when applying for the lottery?
If you are using a different device than the one you used when applying, please use that device. Asoview! My Page You can view and check your QR ticket by logging in.

On the day of your visit, please display your QR ticket from "Reservation Management (Outing)" on your My Page and present it to us (please be careful with personal information and security management).

What is the Wallet Pass feature?
This feature is provided by the Asoview! app. This feature allows you to display and use QR tickets saved in the app even in environments without an internet connection (this feature is only available in the Asoview! app).

Especially during peak hours, the signal may become unstable, making it difficult to access your My Page. We recommend registering your QR ticket in advance to the Asoview! app's Wallet Pass, or having a screenshot of the QR ticket screen or a printout of the QR ticket ready.
To register for viewing, you must present the QR ticket displayed on your My Page, which includes the time information.

We will only accept Wallet Pass, QR ticket screen captures, and QR ticket printouts when the signal strength is unstable.

◆Regarding changes and cancellations

Can I change the number of participants or the date and time?
Even during the application period, cancellations and changes are not permitted.
Can I cancel or change my entry after winning?
Cancellations or changes are not permitted after winning the lottery. Please apply for a date and time when you can actually visit the park.

◆How to use the system, etc.

What environments are available?
Please ensure you have a web browser and an environment where you can communicate via email.

I managed to complete the email verification process, but after some time passed, I was redirected to a screen indicating that my email address had expired.
If the verification code confirmation screen displays "Expired," the verification code may have expired (after 30 minutes). Please resubmit the verification code using "Resend Verification Code."

Authentication fails or does not complete even after entering the authentication code.
I am not receiving the message for two-factor authentication.
Depending on your email settings, the email may have been automatically filtered into your spam or promotions folder. The two-factor authentication email will be sent from "support@asoview.com" with the subject line "Authentication code from Asoview!", so please check those folders to see if you have received it.

*If you have set up email receiving restrictions, please change your settings to allow emails from the above email address and the @asoview.com domain, and try sending the verification email again. Also, please check that there are no errors in the email address you entered.

I haven't received the two-factor authentication email.
I can't log in. What should I do?
Please double-check that the information you registered (email address, password) is entered correctly.
First-time users need to register as a member.

If your password may be incorrect, I forgot my password / I want to reset it. Please refer to the instructions and try resetting your password from the "Forgot your password?" link on the Asoview! login page.
